The Marketing Academy announces 2024 Fellows

More than 20 marketing leaders from brands including PZ Cussons, Asos and Britvic have been selected for the programme, which is set up to help marketers transition into CEO and wider C-suite roles.

The Marketing Academy has revealed the latest cohort of marketing leaders to take part in its 2024 EMEA Fellowship programme.

Now in its 11th year, the fellowship is designed to help CMOs and marketing leaders gain the skills to help them transition to a CEO or broader C-suite role.

The course encompasses three immersive residential events, with masterclasses on all elements of board stewardship, including strategy, corporate finance, organisational health, leading transformational change, operational effectiveness and stakeholder influence.

Alongside this, Fellows will also receive one-on-one time with board members as well as being assigned an executive coach for the duration of the programme.

Sherilyn Shackell, founder and CEO of The Marketing Academy, says this year’s cohort reflects the “extraordinary high calibre” or applicants the fellowship continues to receive.
